How are the rates set?
Our rates are set on request based on a flat rate per night for the entire stay. They include rent, weekly cleaning, 24/7 assistance, rental charges, energy and internet. There are no agency fees or security deposit. A 10% VAT, recoverable by companies, is added to the amount per night.
What is the minimum length of stay?
The minimum duration is one month, in accordance with the mobility lease. From this first month onwards, our stays are fully adjustable night by night.
How does payment and billing work?
The reservation is validated simply by email. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card, with billing adapted to the needs of companies: statement of the legal entity, option to include a purchase order number and adjusted payment terms if necessary.
What is the standard of equipment in the apartments?
Our apartments are specially designed for business travelers. They have a fitted kitchen, a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Each apartment is ready to welcome your employee immediately upon arrival, without requiring any additional setup.
If there is a problem in the apartment, how is it handled?
Our maintenance and support service is available 24/7. If necessary, our team can respond quickly thanks to the fact that upkeep and cleaning are managed entirely in-house. In the event of a Wi-Fi interruption, we directly request assistance from our operator for a quick resolution.
What happens if I need to extend my employee's stay?
Extensions are always possible, and we make sure that your employee can stay in the same apartment. Aware of the challenges of professional mobility, we ensure flexible and responsive management of extended stays.
