Where are the apartments?

All the apartments are situated only in the heart of Paris. They are all very close to one another and in the best areas of the city: Our speciality is the heart of Paris. We cannot offer you apartments other than in the most central areas of Paris.

The means of transport near the apartments

Due to their excellent locations, you will find numerous transport solutions in close proximity to the apartment, including the bus, metro (underground) and the RER (Paris-based suburban train system). We can also make travelling easier for you by reserving taxis for your trips.

Well-equipped apartments

Our offer of an "aparthotel" enables you to stay in Paris and enjoy the advantages of a real 3 star luxury furnished apartment.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with tableware, electric appliances, an electric coffee maker and kettle, and dish towels. On your arrival, you will be given a cleaning kit, containing a bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge, a cleaning cloth and detergent tablets for your laundry.
Also available in the apartment are a hoover/vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, and a tumble dryer. Upon request we can also provide a radio-alarm clock and a hairdryer.
The bathroom, which is perfectly maintained, includes a shower or bath tub and is equipped with bathroom linen (towels and a bath mat). Hospitality products (soap, shampoo and a shoe sponge) are also offered to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment’s sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed measuring 140cm x 190cm with top-quality bed linen which is regularly changed to meet the best 3*** quality standards. Finally, the apartment is equipped with a apartment screen television set and a telephone with an international line.

Where to collect the keys of your apartment?

You can collect the keys of your apartment at our office, which is open 24/7. The apartments are located near to our office, so it is possible to go from one to the other in just a few minutes.

What time can I occupy the apartment?

You can gain entry into the apartment from 3:00 pm. If you wish to occupy your apartment before 3:00 pm, please specify during the booking stage, an option which is charged as an extra ½ night. It is also possible for you to leave your luggage at our offices prior to 3:00 pm for no additional fee.

During your stay

Do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions that you may have throughout your stay. A maintenance staff is available to fully resolve any problems, should they occur, in your apartment.

The day of your departure

The "check-out" time of your apartment is fixed at 11:00 am. However, if you are planning to leave Paris later, we can keep your luggage in our offices at no extra cost. Please contact our office prior to your departure to organise your departure.
The apartment must be returned in good order (dishes made, bins emptied), otherwise a cleaning service and/or any damage will be charged.







The booking

How to book your apartment?

Contact us as soon as you know your dates, indicating the type of apartment wanted: studio, large studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom apartment.
A simple e-mail, telephone call or fax is enough to make your booking. You will also be asked to provide the details of your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), namely the card holder’s name and the card number, the expiration date, as well as the CVC security code (the last 3 numbers on the back of the card).
Your billing address and telephone number (mobile if possible) will also be needed.
As soon as your booking has been finalised, you will receive your confirmation by e-mail. One week before your arrival, we will send you the address of the apartment along with all information necessary for accessing your apartment.

What do our prices include?

Our prices are NET. There are no agency fees.
Our prices include the following: washing and changing of linen every 7 days for stays of more than a week, a 24-hour help line, flexibility (advance notice of 7 nights to extend or shorten your stay), high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, cable television channels for the apartments of 1 bedroom or more.
Not included in our prices: telephone use and electricity consumption calculated at the end of the stay, occupancy tax of €1 a day per person. Upon request: breakfast, baby’s cot and extra household cleaning or linen – do not hesitate to ask us for more details.

Fare conditions

Our pricing terms are subject to change annually without any special notice, especially in case of changes in social or tax legislation. The new tariff conditions cancel and replace the previous ones.

Am I going to be staying at a landlord’s?

Our company itself manages a year-round fixed heritage and does not act as an intermediary between landlords. You will be in direct contact with us and you will immediately obtain answers to any questions you may have. Moreover, we are able to offer you, just as in a hotel, great flexibility in the organisation of your stay, namely the possibility to shorten or extend your stay as much as you want. Your booking is also just as easy, with a simple e-mail enabling you to book your apartment.

When must I pay for my stay?

Upon making the booking, your credit card will be debited for the first night of your stay (short stay base fee).
A week before your arrival, we will debit the balance of your stay on the credit card which was used to make the booking. At that time, we will also send you all the necessary information as to how to collect the keys (available 24 hours a day) and get to your apartment. We will also provide you with a list of useful addresses in the apartment’s surrounding area so that you can better organise your stay.

Security deposit

On your arrival at our offices in Paris, we will take a copy of your credit card as a security deposit. A pre-authorization may also be required. You can also provide a cheque, which will be kept in our offices and returned after your departure.

What are the cancellation conditions?

In the event of a cancellation made 7 or more days prior to arrival: the 1st night of your stay, debited during the booking stage, is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival and in the event of a no-show: 7 nights are owed, or the totality of your stay for stays of less than 7 nights.
For a cancellation during the course of a stay or an extension of your rental period: advance notice of 7 days is necessary.
In the event where the rent was established on a monthly basis, and there is a cancellation before the initial period of 30 days, the rent will be readjusted to the short-stay rate.
